The hotel was tidy, well dusted, and clean for our overnight stay; of course, they could have done a better job at cleaning the drawers and the bathroom. The service was super friendly, although they were not familiar with all items. The location was perfect for us, despite being quite loud at times, with wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. The dining was delicious but on the expensive side, offering coffee and a bowl of very small pastries only. The facilities were great, with dry cleaning and helpful housekeeping services available.
The hotel had some positives like rooms with a bathtub for relaxation, but our rooms weren't ready on time as requested. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond. The location was ideal, close to various key areas and within walking distance to the mall.
